Neon takes place in a virtual city that is partially glitched out.
As Multiplayer Art Lead, I directed the concept art by Benjamin Last and oversaw the organization, execution, and quality of the level art. I also did the pixel boarder treatments, all ground surfaces, the glitched out pit in the middle of the map, and the market building.
